Provably fair

Every casino round and every SIA Cards deal is decided by a random seed that we commit to before you play, so we cannot change the outcome afterwards.

1. Commit. We generate a secret server seed and show you its SHA-256 hash. The hash cannot be reversed but proves which seed we used.
2. Your seed. You can set your own client seed. Each round combines both with a counter (nonce).
3. Result. The outcome comes from HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce:cursor).
4. Reveal. When a seed is rotated (or a card game ends) we reveal the server seed. Anyone can hash it and check it matches the commitment, then recompute every result.

House players (🤖 HOUSE) use the same shuffled deck as everyone and only ever see their own hand: they never see the deck order, other hands, or an unrevealed seed.
